European Accident Statement with multilingual instructions for data entry

European Accident Statement

Drivers should always keep the European Accident Statement in their vehicle to be prepared in the event of an accident. The uniform European form simplifies the logging of an accident on location and helps to overcome language barriers. In two sections with identical content, the parties to the accident fill out the form jointly, sign the report and exchange copies. (Copyright 2001© Insurance Europe AISBL)
